A must-visit for surfers and sunset lovers. The waves are fantastic, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Heads up: there’s very little shade, so bring plenty of sunscreen, water, and maybe a sunhat!

Close to Playa Grande, this beach is known for its peaceful setting and stunning white sand. A perfect stop if you're already exploring the area.

One of our all-time favorites! This beach is secluded, quiet, and magical. You’ll need a 4x4 to get there, but it’s totally worth it. Great for fishing, snorkeling, and during certain times of year, you can hear whales or even witness turtles hatching.

Just past Playa Minas, this hidden gem has a dramatic coastline and calm waters during low tide. Feeling adventurous? You can swim to the little island offshore!

Famous for its crystal-clear water and crushed-shell shoreline. Park in Brasilito and take a short walk over the hill. Expect street vendors and beach chair rentals—perfect if you're not bringing your own supplies.

Another quiet favorite! A peaceful beach with calm waters and stunning sunsets. It’s not very well known, which makes it even better.

Located in the upscale town of Las Catalinas. While the area is beautiful and has great hikes and restaurants, we’re not fans of the development's environmental impact. Still, worth a visit if you're looking for comfort and amenities.

A secluded beach with excellent snorkeling and spearfishing during low tide. It has great shade and soft white sand. Note:Do not leave valuables in the car—parking is informal and there’s little security.
